Attackers can send GET requests to /pub/bscw.cgi/<id>?op=theme with ../ sequences in style_name to read local files such as /etc/passwd. Exploitation evidence was first observed by the Shadowserver Foundation on 2023-10-22.
DedeCMS through 5.8.1-beta contains a PHP code injection vulnerability in ShowMsg() where the HTTP Referer header is written into a DedeTemplate string and included. Unauthenticated attackers can send a crafted Referer to /plus/flink.php?dopost=save with an empty validate code to execute arbitrary PHP and system commands. Exploitation evidence was first observed by the Shadowserver Foundation on 2023-10-14.
JeeWMS before commit 0a610e8 contains an unauthenticated path traversal vulnerability that allows remote attackers to read arbitrary files via the dbPath parameter. Attackers can send GET requests to /systemController/showOrDownByurl.do with ../ sequences in dbPath, which bypasses AuthInterceptor, to retrieve files like win.ini. Exploitation evidence was first observed by the Shadowserver Foundation on 2023-10-17.

Attackers can send crafted GET requests with directory traversal sequences in fpath to retrieve sensitive files such as WEB-INF/web.xml from the server. Exploitation evidence was first observed by the Shadowserver Foundation on 2023-10-18.
Sickbeard through build-507 contains a reflected cross-site scripting vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to inject scripts through the pattern parameter of /config/postProcessing/testNaming. Attackers can craft GET requests with malicious SVG onload payloads that the testNaming handler returns unescaped, executing JavaScript in victims' browsers. Exploitation evidence was first observed by the Shadowserver Foundation on 2023-10-22.
WooThemes Diarise through 1.5.9 contains a file read vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to read arbitrary files through the calendar parameter of download.php. Attackers can send GET requests with file:// scheme paths to the calendar parameter to disclose sensitive files like /etc/passwd. Exploitation evidence was first observed by the Shadowserver Foundation on 2023-10-19.
SeaCMS through 8.7 contains an unauthenticated SQL injection vulnerability that allows remote attackers to manipulate database queries by injecting SQL through the rlist[] array parameter. Attackers can send GET requests to /comment/api/index.php with crafted rlist[] values using backtick-quoted variables and extractvalue to extract database information via error messages. Exploitation evidence was first observed by the Shadowserver Foundation on 2023-10-14.
MetInfo CMS 6.0.0 before 6.1.1 contains a path traversal vulnerability in /include/thumb.php that allows unauthenticated attackers to read arbitrary files via the dir parameter. webpack-dev-server is a development server that provides live reloading for webpack projects. In versions from 5.1.0 before 5.2.7 and in version 6.0.0, the unauthenticated open-editor endpoint validates the Host header with a regular expression meant for browser Origin schemes, so a Host value beginning with file: or with an extension scheme short-circuits the hostname and allowedHosts checks. A network peer that can reach the dev server can send a request with a malformed Host that passes validation and then causes the endpoint's URL construction to throw, and in the default non-production mode the server returns an HTTP 500 body containing the full exception stack trace, which discloses absolute filesystem paths, installed module locations, and internal source line numbers. The server keeps running, so there is no denial of service. The issue is fixed in webpack-dev-server 5.2.7 and 6.1.0, and users should upgrade to one of those versions or later.
webpack-dev-server is a development server that provides live reloading for webpack projects. In versions before 5.2.7 and in version 6.0.0, when a proxy entry is configured to forward WebSockets, the server forwards non-HMR WebSocket upgrade requests to the proxy target without validating the Host or Origin headers, so the allowedHosts protection does not apply to those proxied upgrades. A malicious web page visited by a developer can open a cross-origin WebSocket through the dev server and read from and write to the proxied backend, even when the server is bound to loopback. The issue is fixed in webpack-dev-server 5.2.7 and 6.1.0, where proxied WebSocket upgrades pass the same Host and Origin validation as the HMR WebSocket, and users should upgrade to one of those versions or later. As a workaround, omit WebSocket forwarding from proxy entries that do not need it and scope the proxy to specific paths.
Improper certificate validation in the OpenVPN 3 Core library version 3.4 through 3.11.7 allows attackers to circumvent extended key usage restrictions.
A cleartext storage of sensitive information vulnerability in WatchGuard Endpoint Security's Full Disk Encryption feature for macOS allows a local, unprivileged user or process to obtain a managed computer's FileVault Personal Recovery Key by reading a persistently written diagnostic log file left readable by all local users.
Improper Handling of Highly Compressed Data (Data Amplification) in esaml_binding in dropbox esaml allows an unauthenticated attacker to exhaust server memory and crash the Erlang VM via a crafted compressed SAMLResponse. esaml_binding:decode_response/2 base64-decodes the attacker-supplied SAMLResponse, inflates it with zlib:unzip/1 with no bound on the output, then converts the result to a charlist with binary_to_list/1 before parsing. This runs on the SAML consume (ACS) and single-logout endpoints, which accept unauthenticated requests by design, and it runs before any signature check. A small deflate stream reaches a compression ratio near 1000 to 1, so a request body of tens of kilobytes inflates to hundreds of megabytes and then to several gigabytes of list heap, so a few requests exhaust memory and take the node down. This issue affects esaml: from 0.1.0 onward.
Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling vulnerability in esaml in dropbox esaml allows an unauthenticated attacker to exhaust the Erlang VM atom table and crash the node via unsigned LogoutResponse messages. esaml:status_code_map/1 in src/esaml.erl maps any StatusCode value it does not recognize to an atom with list_to_atom/1 on the last colon-separated segment of the URN. esaml_sp:validate_logout_response/2 verifies a signature only when the message carries one, so an unsigned LogoutResponse posted to the single-logout endpoint reaches esaml:decode_logout_response/1 and mints one permanent atom per distinct status value. Atoms are never reclaimed and the VM caps the atom table at about one million entries, so an attacker who posts that many distinct values aborts the node. This issue affects esaml: from 0.1.0 onward.
HCL AppScan Azure Boards Plugin is affected by a Cleartext Transmission of Sensitive Information vulnerability when configured to communicate with the AppScan server over HTTP. This could allow an attacker to intercept credentials or authentication tokens during transmission. The plugin has been updated to display a warning when HTTP is used and recommend HTTPS for secure communication.
